We recommend staying in the Poipu/Koloa area for the weekend, as all events will take place at The Club at Kukui'ula. We have chosen not to arrange a room block, as the area offers a wide range of beautiful accommodations, from resorts to vacation rentals, making it easy to find the option that works best for you.

How we worked out these prices

Hotel rates are sampled from a comparable four-night Thursday–Monday peak-summer stay for two adults, taxes and fees included, and rounded. Condo resorts that don't sell rooms through hotel channels are priced from the median of individual units listed at that complex.

Vacation homes and condos are priced on late June 2027 — about two weeks off the real dates and the furthest out those calendars go.
